Specialist Residential Care for Children and Young People
At Radian Vale we provide more than just a place to stay, we offer a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children and young people with complex needs can begin to heal, rebuild trust, and thrive. Our services are rooted in compassion, structure, and trauma-informed care.
Ofsted-Registered Homes
We provide 24/7 residential support. Our homes are warm, welcoming, and staffed around the clock by experienced care professionals who are trained to manage emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), attachment challenges and trauma histories.
Therapeutic, Trauma-Informed Care
We use evidence-based therapeutic models to create personalized care plans for each child. This helps them process past experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier emotional responses.
EHCP Individualized Care Planning
Each young person receives an individualized support plan based on their emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. These plans are regularly reviewed and adapted in collaboration with the child, family, and professional networks.
Integrated Support
We work closely with education providers to ensure every child has access to appropriate schooling or alternative learning. In our homes, we also focus on developing independent living skills from time management to communication.
Evidenced based Interventions
Our care isn’t just compassionate, it’s grounded in proven methods that will demonstrate positive outcomes in children and young people with complex needs. We utilize a range of evidence-based interventions to ensure each individual receives the most effective support for their individual circumstances.
Transition & Reintegration Planning
Whether transitioning back home, into foster care, or toward semi-independence, we work closely with local authorities to ensure smooth, supported moves that prioritise the child’s long-term wellbeing.
